Due to internal restructuring, there is an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join the team, on an initial temporary contract.
This is set for an initial period of 6 months; however it has a realistic possibility to be extended beyond the original term.
The Management Accountant will be joining a stable workforce, and will take responsibility for a specific business unit, ensuring completion of monthly management accounts, and working closely with operational mangers to develop and management quarterly and annual budgets.
This is the ideal role for an outgoing character, with strong communication skills to join an established business and take on a role that will have a direct impact on the overall group performance.
About you Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience Previous experience of management accounts Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel Ability to interact with non-finance staff Strong communication and presentation skills What you'll do Produce management reports and variance analysis Budgetary control, working closely with operational managers Cashflow forecasting Enhance current systems and implement new systems as required Balance sheet reconciliations General ledger reconciliations For further information on this job, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Dan Morgan for a confidential chat today.
