Rosanna Crothers Diathermy Clinic and Beauty Salon.Established in **** Rosanna Crothers is Ireland's longest established Salon .We are a household name serving three generations fo FamilysWe provide top-notch beauty and wellness services to clients.We are known for our exceptional customer service, advanced aesthetic treatments, and high-quality products.We are a Guinot Elite Crown Salon, offering a luxurious and calming experience to our clients and strive to maintain a friendly and professional environment for both clients and staff.Role Overview:Successful candidate must be a Mature team player, impecible presented and non smoker.We are seeking a skilled and passionate Therapist with an ITEC Level 5 qualification, Cibthac; C.I.D.E.S.C.O. to join our team.Diathermy / Electrolysis , Red vein .The successful candidate will also provide a range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, Alumier peels, Massage, RF (Radio Frequency) micro needling, Mesotherapy treatments, and laser hair removal tailored to meet the needs of our valued clients.This is a commission-based role or Salary , offering the opportunity to earn based on performance and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Treatment Delivery:Perform advanced skin treatments, Diathermy/Electrolysis, Red Veins,including facials, peels, and RF therapy.Conduct laser hair removal sessions following safety and procedural standards.Provide relaxing and therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs.Deliver outstanding client care during and after all treatments.Client Interaction:Conduct consultations to assess clients' needs, skin conditions, and desired outcomes.Recommend personalized skincare routines and suitable treatments.Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.Operational Excellence:Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment area.Adhere to health and safety regulations, particularly when operating laser and RF equipment.Ensure accurate record-keeping of client treatments and feedback.Sales & Upselling:Promote salon products and services to enhance client experience and revenue.Achieve personal and team targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.Required Qualifications & Skills:Certification:Please list all of your treatments individually that your certs cover and your experience in these treatments.ITEC Level 5 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.CIBThACC.I.D.E.S.C.O.Experience:Proven experience in delivering Diathermy, Facials, laser hair removal, RF treatments, and chemical peels.Skilled in various types of massage techniques.Technical Skills:Proficient in operating advanced beauty equipment (e.g., RF, laser devices).Knowledge of skincare products and their applications.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong sales ability and client retention strategies.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality treatments.Compensation: Commission-Based ModelEarn a percentage of revenue generated from treatments and product sales.Flexible earning potential with no cap on commission.Bonuses may be available for achieving specific sales.Working Hours:Flexible schedule with the opportunity to build a client base.Must be available for occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client preferences.Salary: % commision or SalaryJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: per weekBenefits:Employee discountStore discountTipsSchedule:Monday to FridaySaturdaysHoliday coverJob Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Employee discountStore discountAbility to commute/relocate:Donnybrook, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Beauty: 5 years (preferred)Language:English (preferred)Licence/Certification:Beauty Certificate (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Rosanna Crothers Beauty Salon LTD
