Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
Experience working towards and exceeding quarterly targets in business or product growth.
Experience within the digital marketing space.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth & product growth targets.
Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Lead customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business & marketing objectives.
Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
