At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven CIMA or ACCA qualified Head of Finance to join our client's growing team based in Dublin 24.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance/ Key Financial Controller to make a real impact in a high growth, acquisitive SME.

What's on Offer: €75,000 - €90,000 salaryBonus SchemeYour new role includes: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, providing key financial insights and recommendations to the Ireland senior team.Oversee Work in Progress (WIP) reporting and conduct contract/job profitability analysis to optimise financial performance.Develop cashflow forecasts and implement strategies to enhance working capital efficiency.Support the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses, embedding robust financial reporting and KPI tracking as well improving financial controls and reportingProvide financial guidance on key business decisions, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance.Key contact for the annual audit, driving timely responses to hit the audit deadline Experience you need: Must be fully CIMA or ACCA qualified accountantPrevious experience in an SME as Head of Finance or Financial Controller essentialExperience in WIP reporting, job profitability analysis, cashflow forecasting, and working capital improvements.Proven experience in integrating acquired businesses and driving process improvements.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving environment.
