FRS are seeking a detail-oriented Property Accounts Administrator to join our client's Property Management team. This role involves a mix of administrative, financial, and client-facing tasks, contributing to the efficient management of properties. Reporting to the Property Manager you will work closely with the Finance & Legal teams to carry out the role of Property Accounts Administrator. Responsibilities: * Preparation of annual service charge, water, and commercial rate budgets * Manage monthly variance reports, assist with audit records, and financial reconciliations * Liaise with clients, service providers, local authorities, and internal teams regarding service charges & rates * Deal with queries regarding service charges * Provide finance with detailed reports on building listings for insurance purposes * Point of contact for utilities invoices - eg. Uisce Eireann * Investigating long-term outstanding debts and work with the finance team to reduce debt * Handle administrative tasks related to audits, and reporting * Other adhoc financial and administrative tasks as required Requirements: * Accountancy Degree/ Qualified Accounting Technician or similar * Strong financial and administrative skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency * Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Yardi) is a plus * Experience in the property sector and excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently If you are interested in this role - please apply with your most recent CV to Ciara Lawler for immediate consideration.
