We are looking for experienced bartenders to join the mo chara teamPlease only apply for this position if you have experience working in hospitalityCustomer Service:Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere.Assist customers in choosing beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences.Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Engage with customers, building rapport, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.Drink service:Prepare and serve a variety of craft beers, premium cocktails, and other specialty beverages with precision and consistency.Create visually appealing drink presentations and garnishes, paying attention to detail.Possess knowledge of different beer styles, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality standards, following recipes and bar procedures.Food Service:Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders for customers.Effectively communicate with the kitchen team to address any special requests or dietary restrictions from customers.Assist in food preparation tasks, such as plating and garnishing, as needed.Serve food to customers, ensuring proper handling and presentation.Bar Operations:Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, tools, and glassware.Restock inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as garnishes and supplies.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately and efficiently.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to provide a seamless customer experience.Communicate effectively with team members, sharing important information and coordinating tasks.Collaborate on creating new drink recipes, menu items, and promotions.Requirements:Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced bar environment.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic cash handling.Understanding of health and safety regulations related to the bar industry.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountExperience:Hospitality: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
