Job Title: Full-Time Technician (Fully Qualified – Electrics & Diagnostics)Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: Based on experienceHours: Monday–Friday, 9.00AM – 6.00PMAbout UsWe are a well-established and fast-paced automotive workshop known for providing top-tier vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services.With a loyal customer base and growing demand, we're looking to expand our team with a professional, qualified technician who thrives in a busy environment.Role OverviewWe are seeking a fully qualified techni with proven experience in vehicle electrics and the use of diagnostic tools.The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate a high level of technical skill, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles (mainly petrol and diesel)Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs, including wiring, sensors, batteries, lighting, and electronic control systemsUse diagnostic tools and software (e.g., , Snap-On, Launch etc.) to identify and resolve issuesAccurately complete job cards and communicate with the front-of-house team regarding repair timelines and parts requiredCarry out NCT preparation work and road testing where applicableMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work areaStay up to date with the latest automotive technology and industry best practicesRequirementsFully qualified mechanicMinimum 3 years' workshop experienceStrong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and diagnosticsProficient in the use of modern diagnostic equipment and fault-finding techniquesFull driving licence (clean preferred)Own tools (specialist tools provided)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and time managementDesirable (Not Essential)Hybrid/electric vehicle certificationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and overtime opportunitiesOngoing training and developmentFriendly and supportive team environmentWell-equipped and modern workshopStaff discounts on parts and servicesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €45,******-€65,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
