Mechanical Supervisor (Qualified Plumber) Louth / Dublin €60,000 €75,000+ A busy mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plumbing and mechanical installation activities across a portfolio of commercial and residential projects in the Louth / Dublin region.
This is a permanent, long-term position offering career progression and involvement in large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead on-site mechanical teams across multiple live sites Ensure works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and compliance Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics Review and interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings and plans Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to project leads Enforce health and safety policies and procedures Assist with snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover documentation Requirements: Fully qualified plumber with relevant trade certification 3+ years experience in a supervisory role in mechanical contracting Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, heating, and general M&E installations Excellent communication, team leadership, and coordination skills Safe Pass, Manual Handling & valid site tickets Full drivers licence required Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (€60k€75k depending on experience) Company vehicle or allowance Ongoing project pipeline in Leinster region Supportive environment with training and development Apply now in confidence to learn more.
