Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director to develop and drive script intelligence, script engagement and growth initiatives across our pharmacy services portfolio.This role will be responsible for working to identify new script intelligence opportunities, develop and engage with strategic partnerships and drive measurable growth through innovative marketing and account management strategies.The Senior Director of Script Intelligence will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external provider stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional value to our partners.They will be expected to assist with the definitions of script prioritization and providing clear prioritization to our operations teams on script prioritization.They will influence internal workflows and use analytical tools to identify priority scripts for fulfillment.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, relationship management (internal & external) and operational execution.The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare innovation, experienced in navigating complex provider ecosystems and skilled at influencing senior stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Provider Engagement & GrowthDevelop and execute strategic plans to target new script targeting opportunities and expand existing relationshipsLead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored script prioritization that drive high margin referrals, revenue and market shareServe as the executive point of contact for key provider accounts, ensuring alignment with Pharmacy Care Services' growth objectivesMarketing & Communications LeadershipOversee the creation of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and materials that differentiate Pharmacy Care Services in the provider spacePartner with sales, clinical, legal, and digital teams to deliver compelling messaging and value propositionsEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all provider-facing materials and channelsAccount Strategy & PerformanceDrive strategic account planning, including opportunity identification, contract negotiation, and performance trackingMonitor ROI of provider marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insightsLead renewal and upsell efforts, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfactionCross-Functional CollaborationInfluence and align internal stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and sales to support provider growth initiativesRepresent the voice of the provider in internal scrip planning and product development discussionsFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence across teamsYou will be roles you may be interested in.Required QualificationsExtensive experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or provider servicesProven success in strategic account management, marketing leadership, and growth deliveryExperience working with C-suite executives and managing complex provider relationshipsProven solid analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProven Power BI, SQL knowledgeAbility to travel up to 10% and work in a hybrid environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in US healthcare, managed services, or health tech.Knowledge of the PBM and/or pharmacy healthcare landscape in the USFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing analytics, and performance trackingP&L ownership and experience with cross-functional team leadershipBackground in care continuum delivery, analytics, or revenue cycle servicesLeadership CompetenciesStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindsetSkilled in influencing and building consensus across senior leadershipHigh emotional
