Role: Process Systems Engineer
Main Responsibilities
To play a leading role in a dynamic Operations team delivering daily support to the depot Managers.
To work with a state of the art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
To deliver best in class service to the business in order to minimize the impact of downtime to daily operations.
To identify opportunities to improve the processes and systems that drive the day to day operation in all Uniphar facilities
The role will be centered on providing continuous improvement and process optimization throughout the warehouse, including but not limited to, the application and all its associated processes, workflows and functionalities while minimising\removing all non-value-added activities.
Lead Internal projects/cross departmental projects focused on meeting quick deadlines while delivering a high-quality output.
Establishing metrics to monitor the performance of each project and understanding the benefit to the organization.
Experience Required
Minimum Honors Degree in Engineering or Science related course
1-3 years' experience in the Pharma/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors an advantage
Proficient in all Microsoft packages, AutoCAD, SQL knowledge an advantage
Candidate must be team orientated with the ability to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish goals set by the business.
Results orientated – must be able to take projects to completion
