Reperio is looking for a strategic technology leader to shape and scale the digital backbone of a fast-growing health tech company.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of impactful software and data platforms that are transforming care for people living with chronic conditions.
As VP of Software Engineering, you'll take ownership of the full digital stack - from architecture and infrastructure to software, data, and security.
You'll lead talented cross-functional teams, drive product innovation (including AI integration), and ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and compliant with global health regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead software, data, and infrastructure strategy and execution.
Oversee architecture,
ERP/CRM platforms
, DevOps, and product integrations.
Own the SDLC across clinical-grade and customer-facing applications.
Champion cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance (FDA, HIPAA).
Build a high-performing engineering culture; recruit and mentor top talent.
Partner with the executive team to shape the 3-5 year digital innovation roadmap.
Requirements:
5+ years in
senior software leadership
roles.
Proven ability to lead large tech teams and ship scalable software.
Experience in regulated digital health environments (
FDA, HIPAA, GDPR
).
Strong background in
cloud platforms
, data architecture, and security.
Exceptional communicator and cross-functional leader.
