Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care according to individualized care plans Prioritize the needs and comfort of adults and their families Advocate for the best interests of the adults under your care Collaborate closely with family members and other care team members Serve as a liaison between families and the care team Qualifications & Experience: Registered Nurse on the live register of NMBI Experience in tracheostomy care (desirable, additional training provided) Experience in managing and caring for a PEG (desirable, additional training provided) Qualities and Characteristics: The ideal candidate will possess genuine compassion for others, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and patience consistently. Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues are essential.
