Purpose: Ensure the successful management, completion and economic success of contractsResponsibilities:· Assist with the preparation of technical submissions and pre-qualifications contract documentation.· Assist with the preparation of technical submissions for procuring plant and equipment.· Assist with the preparation of tenders which involves capital cost estimates, projects programmes material quantities and supplier quotations.· Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers as needed.· Supervise technical investigations to gather appropriate data to design specified projects.· Review project job sites and survey potential problems.· Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.· Develop and manage the following;o Health & Safety Plan,o Quality Plan,o Procurement scheduleo RFI Scheduleo Prepare programs using MS Projecto Monitor progress against the programo Issue progress reports.o Maintain and update variation logso Hand over packages, Safety file· Ensure project meets budget and timelines by reviewing work requirements, schedules, and cost reports on a continuous basis and participate in project reviews and forecasting.· Ensure construction operations are well organized and coordinated.· Offer alternative rehabilitative approaches when conventional approaches are not applicable.· Responsible for site surveys, contract execution/project start-up, and closeout.· Assist with schedulers and project managers in the completion of projects.· Co-ordinating construction activities on site.· Arranging safety induction & training, work permits.· Travel nationwide and overnight if required.· Comply with USA Ltd. and USSR Ltd.ISO **** Quality Management System requirements i.e. performing work in accordance with S.O.P's and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.· Understanding and applying the company quality policy statement in all aspects of work.· Help develop and improve USA Ltd.And USSR LTD. internal processes and management system by reporting corrective actions, updates and improvement ideas.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €43,****** per yearWork Location: In person
