Overview
Generative AI Product Owner at AIG leading and guiding groundbreaking AI initiatives within a brand-new Generative AI team.
Working with engineering and product management principles to build world-class products that transform how we manage risk and serve customers.
This role involves defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with stakeholders and customers to deliver value.
Responsibilities
Defining the product vision and communicating it to the team
Overseeing all stages of the product development process
Building the product roadmap and product backlog with the team
Prioritizing features and user stories to maximize business value
Ensuring user stories are ready for development, with supporting documents, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
Working with users to understand needs and monitor release impact
Ensuring business value is achieved from product capabilities
What We Are Looking For
Master\'s in business administration preferred
Experience as a product owner in the industry
Technical product knowledge or domain expertise
Gen AI experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
Understanding of industry market conditions and trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Track record of delivering products within deadlines
Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Creative and innovative thinker
