Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a BIM Technician

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Revit MEP to produce drawings, including general arrangements, sections, and detailed views
  • Run clash detection on models and prepare reports to identify any issues
  • Ensure consistency by following BIM content standards and procedures
  • Follow the BIM Execution Plan and the project's specific BIM workflow
  • Model Mechanical and Electrical services accurately using BIM for better coordination
