Audit Senior

Our client is looking for a Senior Auditor to direct our auditing process reporting to audit managers and direct to audit partners.
We'll rely on you to ensure that our financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free.
Our Senior Auditor must be meticulous and analytical, with deep knowledge of auditing practices.
We expect you to be reliable, with strong organisational skills, as well as expertise in risk management and compliance.

ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee the auditing processAllocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditorsReview team members' work for accuracy and compliancePerform effective risk and control assessmentsComplete audits on time and submit reports/files to audit managerPresent audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiencyRequirementsProven experience as an auditorNewly/Nearly qualified ACA/ACCA/CPAIn-depth understanding of auditing and control practicesUpdated knowledge of applicable laws and regulationsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting softwareStrong mathematical and analytical skillsAttention to detailOrganisational and leadership abilitiesIntegrity and reliabilityBenefitsFlexible working hoursSummer working hours to finish early on FridayCompany events & social committee20 annual leave days and Good FridayCompetitive remuneration packagesPaid study leaveFunded exam and tuition feesFunded CPD and Institute feesAnnual salary reviewSocial eventsWellbeing quarterly initiativeIf you are an Audit Senior considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Katie Garvey for a confidential discussion.
