Mechanical Site Supervisor We are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor for a leading contractor to be based on a healthcare project in Dublin.
The successful candidate will need to be highly skilled and motivated and will play a crucial role in the execution and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Oversee day-to-day site activities and manage subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient execution of work.
Ensure mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, medical gases and controls, are installed and maintained to high standards.
Liaise with internal teams, external contractors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Interpret and review technical drawings, schematics and manuals to guide installations and resolve issues.
Promote and implement sustainability practices and energy-efficient HVAC solutions on-site.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections and compliance reports.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and regulations at all times.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Mechanical degree or trade qualification.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, medical gases, electrical distribution systems, motors and controls.
Experience in commercial and industrial sectors; healthcare project experience is an advantage.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead diverse project teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic site environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, including drawings and schematics.
Valid full clean drivers license.
