Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented security analyst to join our Identity Access Management team.
This role supports the day-to-day security operations of SAP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) systems.
Responsibilities include handling service tickets, troubleshooting user access issues, maintaining access roles, and supporting compliance and audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Access Management & Operational Support
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to user access, password resets, and authorization issues in SAP and JD Edwards E1.
Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning following access control policies.
Maintain and update user roles, profiles, and authorizations, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD) and least privilege access.
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, including role conflicts and system errors.
Collaborate with business units to define and implement access roles and permissions.
Security Configuration & Maintenance
Maintain security parameters and system settings to ensure compliance.
Assist in developing and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) documentation.
Support role clean-up and optimization efforts.
Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor logs and alerts for suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
Escalate security incidents appropriately.
Participate in root cause analysis and remediation of access incidents.
Compliance & Audit Support
Assist with internal controls, access reviews, and audit trail validation.
Prepare documentation for audits including SOX, SOC, GDPR compliance.
Ensure activities are logged, tracked, and auditable.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Contribute to security procedures, knowledge base, and training materials.
Identify opportunities to automate access management processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years in IT security, help desk support, or enterprise application administration.
Experience with SAP and/or JD Edwards E1 security administration.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOX, SOC, GDPR.
Understanding of IAM principles and RBAC.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Exposure to security monitoring tools or SIEM platforms.
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) are a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA) are advantageous.
