Security Officers

CCS Security are currently recruiting for a number of Security Officers for our client site in Tuam ,Co Galway.We are looking for individuals who are reliable, and fully flexible to cover Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm & 7pm-7Am on shift rotation 4/3.Full training will be provided.Main purpose of position:To protect our client's property, people and/or assets by providing security services to a specific site in direct accordance with the site procedures and policiesMain Responsibilities:To be an ambassador for the companyProviding a high level of customer serviceWorking as part of a teamGreeting, assisting and directing members of the public visiting the premises as well as liaising with the clientMust present themselves in a courteous and presentable mannerReport writingEnsuring the safety and security of our clients' buildings and assetsThe ability to carry out security duties as specified, including patrols, monitoring CCTV, access control etcMust have the following requirements:Current Valid PSA (Static Security) licenseFluent English essentialMust be fully flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends5 years of verifiable work and personal historyBasic computer skills are necessaryGood customer service skillsExcellent written and attention to detail skills are essentialBenefits:Full-timeProgression, training and development opportunitiesService awards recognition schemeInternal recognition schemesCharitable givingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed termPay: €*****-€***** per hourAbility to commute/relocate:Tuam, CO.Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:Leaving Certificate (preferred)Experience:Security: 1 year (preferred)Language:English (preferred)Licence/Certification:PSA (preferred)Work Location: In person
