Our client, a leading establishment at Cork Airport, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in providing top-quality coffee and customer service Position: Full-Time Barista Location: Cork Airport Salary: €28,000 per year Shift Pattern: Early morning starts, including weekends Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring they have a positive experience. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and health regulations. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment effectively. Assist with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Barista is essential Due to the location and start times only candidates with their own transport will be considered. A passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
