The Technology Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for assisting our global clients to navigate complex business and technology decisions and to deliver on their technology transformation journey. They advise CIOs and Tech Leaders, helping them to define their strategy to transform their organisations for the digital age, including how to re-structure large technology ecosystems to meet these objectives. They define technology operating models to help our clients deliver their strategic ambition by leveraging digital, cloud, and cutting-edge emerging technologies. We are looking for experienced technology advisory consultants to join our talented team. You will be client facing, working with some of the largest global and local organisations. About the role: Lead large client engagements and business development activities, with a strong market trends awareness around technology strategy, technology operating model, digital technologies, and cloud platforms. Lead teams that deliver technology strategy, technology operating model and technology transformation programmes. Help clients define and source the necessary technology outcomes (products, services, etc.) Manage technology function transformations. Define and execute the client's technology management, governance and assurance process. Define the roadmap and sequencing of initiatives to support our client's strategy. Lead the development of technology strategy and transformation methods and collateral to build community and capability. Use technology knowledge and skills to support business development / new sales, build external eminence and lead the planning and running of learning and development initiatives for the team. Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution. About you: We are looking for practicing and aspiring technology advisory consultants preferably with the following skills and experience. Please note that you are not required to have all that are listed: The ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively to a business audience Understanding of technology functions and how they deliver value to the business. Understanding of strategy, from theory through to practice and application. Experience and an interest in identifying, leading, closing and supporting sales opportunities Experience of Technology Operations / Product Management - including Service Delivery, IT Service Management practices, ITIL, Automation, DevOps and/or Product Management and Delivery or equivalent. Experience of understanding and articulating the impact of emerging technology trends such as AI, robotics, digital reality, cognitive technologies, and blockchain. A keen interest in technology and how this can be applied to solve business challenges. A good business acumen and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. Experience in providing advisory services to Board-level and C-suite stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in large-scale transformation programmes, incorporating people, process and/or technology changes. Ability to integrate and influence teams and colleagues.
