Opportunities for career progression within the company Key duties and Responsibilities: Become a product Genius by building and developing a robust product knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand whilst keeping up to date of changes or amendments to the current product line up. Provide exceptional customer service, constantly aiming to exceed expectations. Learn how to achieve maximum profitability on the sales of our range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Learn about finance, insurance, and auxiliary products and how to promote them. Build strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seek new business opportunities. Implement the MSL sales process consistently. Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly. Requirements: Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or QQI Level 5 Proficiency in English Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ideally: Have a passionate interest in the automotive industry. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Be a highly motivated and self-driven individual. Exhibit excellent IT skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office. Display enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
