As HR Business Partner, you will undertake a strategic/operational role working in collaboration with the company's leadership and management to drive business success through all aspects of HR whilst promoting a company culture that champions success, collaboration and innovation. Manage the full end to end recruitment process to attract new and retain existing employees Work alongside Senior Management to ensure that all HR policies, procedures and strategies align with the overall company vision. Act as an advisor on all employee relations issues ie. leading on investigations and managing on disciplinary/grievance cases. Oversee and monitor performance management activities ie. provide guidance to managers on performance appraisals on methods to enhance an employee's performance. Revise and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with changes in employee legislation and company initiatives. Organise and execute on company employee engagement initiatives/events ie. company wellbeing events or team-bonding exercises. Possess a minimum of 3-4 years HR Generalist experience Experienced in managing recruitment processes, scheduling training and partaking employee relations issues. Skilled in creating and implementing HR Policies/Procedures, devising employee engagement initiatives and developing HR Strategies.
