JoinIN2, an award-winning MEP team specialising in sustainable and energy-efficient projects from design through to handover and beyond.We're looking for an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our team of consultants at our Dublin Office.This is a permanent position with an excellent compensation package for the right candidate.About the RoleAs an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will be part of an award-winning MEP team and will be involved in every stage of project delivery, from design to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers with project management, on-site inspections, technical surveys, and design team meetings.Play an active role in project delivery, from concept through to completion.Support the management team in client relationships, budgeting, and reporting.Contribute to mentoring junior staff, reviewing design work, and providing guidance.Receive mentorship from senior engineers to support your career development.Ideal CandidateA degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering.A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in electrical design, ideally within a consultancy environment.Knowledge of electrical engineering design software applications, Dialux, Amtech, E-Tap, Auto CAD, Revit, Navis Works etc.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplinesA desire to progress your career and work toward (or maintain) chartered statusTeam player with the ability to work within a vibrant and collaborative environment.What IN2 Offers YouRenumeration BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Company pension schemeAnnual bonus scheme (IN2 has a discretionaryand performance-based bonus scheme that operates on an annual basis)22 days Annual leave, with an extra day awarded per year of service, to a maximum of 27 days.Flexitime with core hoursProfessional Development and SupportContinued professional development plans highlighting individual performance objectivesand targets, with quarterly development reviews with Directors.Mentoring prorgramme to help with your progressionSchemes, Initiatives and ProgrammesEmployee Assistance programCritical illnessCycle to work schemeAnnual health checks and fitness programmes.Social EngagementRegular staff social events.Regular charity and community participation.Annual Christmas party – past locations have included Madrid, Lisbon and Barcelona.Annual Employee Appreciation DayIf you are interested in applying for this role please forward your CV detailing your relevant experience by Monday 18th August ****#J-*****-Ljbffr
