Overview
Opportunity for a Mechanical Package Owner Utilities (Clean) to join our Life Science team in Dublin.
Reporting to the Regional Director/Regional MEP Lead, the Mechanical Package Owner Utilities (Clean) has responsibility for the delivery of Mechanical systems across designated large and or multiple smaller scale projects that are on time, on budget and meet the company\'s Zero objectives of safety, Quality and Energy.
Of equal importance is the necessity to guide, lead and motivate his/her teams in the application of our Mechanical management systems that will achieve our objective to deliver consistent fully integrated and commissioned mechanical Utilities (Clean) systems that will meet the specified design and statutory requirements, leading to seamless handover with the building systems performing to the client\'s satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Support the tender and award of Mechanical packages in accordance with the required Project Pre Construction and procurement strategy, and objectives.
Ensure Temporary Electrical requirements for their projects including load and energy assessments are in line with the Management System Guidelines.
Take responsibility for Mechanical Integration and Project delivery as part of the overall project team.
Ensure Managing of mechanical Mechanical elements on their contracts is in accordance with the full suite of Building Services Management Procedures and Guidance documentation and specific Project Execution Plans (PEP)
Ensure the finalisation of Building Services Installation and Commissioning programmesare aligned and integrated with the main Construction Programme.
Engage with the Utility companies from the outset of the project to ensure theirinfrastructural and interface requirements are understood communicated and adheredto.
Ensure Co-Ordination and Builders Works Drawings are provided by the MEPContractor's for approval and Construction to meet the programme requirements
Experience
Over 6 years work experience in managing large scale and complex Mechanical related Projects.
Has understanding of the Mechanical supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates,
Professional Competence through operationalinvolvement in all phases of large scale complexprojects from Estimating, Pre- Construction, and installation, Commissioning,Demonstration and Handover.
Can demonstrate technical, effective interpersonal and commercial skills necessary to deliver mechanical Projects.
