At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Facilities and Compliance Officer to join our client's growing team based in Dublin 12.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Coordinator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

What's on Offer: €40,000 - €50,000 depending on experienceMonday to FridayCompany VehicleCompany PensionWork from Home Your new role includes: Managing daily facilities operations, including building maintenance, service coordination, and contractor oversight.Ensuring ongoing compliance with PSA and NSI standards, including documentation, inspections, and audit readiness.Maintaining accurate records for compliance tracking, certifications, service contracts, and vendor performance.Supporting internal quality initiatives aligned with ISO standards, including document control and process adherence.Overseeing fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, insurance, and compliance with licensing or regulatory requirements.Liaising with relevant regulatory bodies and certification agencies as needed. Experience you need: Experience in a facilities, compliance, or operations support role.Working knowledge of PSA and NSI compliance frameworks.Experience managing or coordinating company vehicle fleets is a strong advantage.Competence in Microsoft Office and fleet/facilities management software.ISO certification or training (e.g.
