We are looking for a warm, inspiring, ambitious, and spirited leader to join WED2B as Store Manager.
We offer a premium bridalwear experience in a friendly environment, with stores across the UK and Europe.
Overview
As Store Manager, you will lead your team to exceed KPIs while delivering a professional yet enjoyable experience for customers and colleagues.
You will inspire and develop your team, ensuring they are trained and engaged in their roles.
Responsibilities
Lead your team to exceed KPI targets and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a successful store.
Ensure staff are engaged and performing to a high standard.
Utilize data and available information to drive store performance.
Foster a welcoming, exceptional in-store experience for customers.
Collaborate with leadership to support store goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Leadership experience in a retail (or similar) environment.
Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team; capable of driving engagement and performance.
Experience using data to inform decisions and improve store results.
Mid-Senior level preferred; full-time role.
