My client is an award-winning international multidisciplinary design consultancy that prioritizes sustainable building design in innovative and creative ways.
They are seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer for their Dublin office to lead a team of passionate engineers and help revolutionize sustainable building design in a thriving market.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects (science, industry, technology, etc.).
Develop innovative and sustainable mechanical solutions, incorporating net-zero carbon principles, embodied carbon analysis, and circular economy strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, clients, and other specialists, to ensure seamless project integration.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Oversee contractor coordination, ensuring successful delivery and commissioning of mechanical installations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12-15 years of post-qualification design experience, primarily within a consultancy environment.
Previous design experience in data centre projects.
Experience in the Irish market (or in the UK).
Chartered Engineer status (or near) with a proven track record of delivering innovative mechanical solutions.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations (including BCAR) and relevant industry standards.
Experience managing contractors and overseeing on-site work, including commissioning and maintenance considerations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Benefits:
