We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Assist in conducting accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and funds, including developing Service Improvement plans, focusing on efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
Perform more routine Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of developing Service Improvement plans, focusing on efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions.
Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds.
Perform reconciliation of account expenses and ensure they are allocated appropriately.
Escalate complex transactions to experienced colleagues.
Prepare first draft reports for clients regarding the performance of the fund.
May assist in answering questions from clients regarding fund reports and accounting processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience in accounting preferred.
