They are seeking to recruit a talented and innovative National Visual Merchandising & Creative Manager to drive this exciting journey forward. If you have at least 2 years of senior-level visual merchandising management experience in the high-street sector, this is your chance to lead, inspire, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail while promoting a commitment to sustainability. Salary Package Competitive salary Company vehicle 5-hour working week Pension 25 days of annual leave Excellent work-life balance Responsibilities of the National Visual Merchandising & Creative Manager Develop and execute national visual merchandising strategies to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and improve customer experience. Lead the design and delivery of seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and creative installations across all stores. Collaborate with the marketing, retail operations, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns and product launches. Plan and oversee new store openings and store renovations, ensuring all visual elements are engaging and impactful. Conduct regular store visits to maintain and design and deliver visual merchandising training for Area Managers and Store Managers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity Skills and Experience Required A minimum of 2 years of senior visual merchandising management experience is essential. Full, clean driver's license. Proven experience setting up new stores and working with various shop fixtures and fittings. In-depth knowledge and passion for store concepts, sustainable retail, and visual merchandising. Self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
