My client, a Reputable and Major Irish Owned Company, is looking to recruit an Accounting Manager for their Shared Services Centre in Waterford.This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary, significant career progression and a hybrid working opportunity.The Role:Deliver high-quality Shared Services support across all Group locationsProactively manage and mitigate all foreign exchange (FX) exposure risksPrepare accurate and timely monthly financial reportsEnsure all customers have adequate credit insurance and that outstanding debts are collected and recorded efficientlyGuarantee accurate and timely payment to all employees and suppliersMaintain comprehensive knowledge of Irish and UK business tax regulations, including Relevant Contracts TaxLead a team of over 20 professionals delivering Shared Services support across Group sitesOversee the smooth integration of new sites into the Shared Services frameworkEnsure accuracy and completeness of all transactions through daily oversight and month-end accounting processesImplement cross-training initiatives to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery across the teamContinuously review and enhance internal processes to drive ongoing operational improvementsRequirements:Professional Accounting Qualification – ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA3 Years experience in a SSC environmentKnowledge of UK and Irish payroll functions and regulations an advantageAnalytical and problem solving skillsManagerial experience an advantageThe ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and effective mannerPlease click the link below to apply, call Ray Brennan on 0830528677 or alternatively send an up to date CV to *********Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland***#J-18808-Ljbffr
