Access has partnered with an award-winning design studio based in Dublin city centre.
Established in the late 1980s, this practice has a long list of repeat clients, ensuring there is plenty of work going on regularly.
The firm is known in the city for residential design for private developers, public sector clients, and investors.
Due to the increased workload, the practice is requiring an Associate Architect to join the management structure as well as working alongside the design team.
The successful candidate will be jumping straight into managing a successful team as well as projects; therefore, previous experience doing so is essential.
You will be working on some incredible residential projects across the country with some big-name developers, giving you a chance to gain some irreplaceable experience.
Experience:
8+ years of experience working in an Irish practice
Excellent knowledge of recent Irish building regulations and planning
Responsible for leading and managing the delivery of several projects from concept to planning
Experienced in managing teams of people
Right to work in Ireland
