I'm currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join busy team in Navan Co. Meath This is a Temporary full-time role (about 6 months, Monday to Friday 40hours per week) THE ROLE: Preparation of packs for interviews, assist the team in processing successful candidates for appointment i.e. seeking of relevant clearance documents. Supporting the team managers at each stage of the recruitment process e.g. advertisement, preparation for interviews, processing candidates, checking & verification of documentation, calculation of salary & issuing of contracts, as well as providing support & assistance on other tasks & projects as required Provide general admin duties for the HR department - scanning, printing, filing, letter distribution. Creation and maintenance of employee files including preparation of contracts of employment and follow up of same - checking & verification of documentation, calculation of salary as well as providing support & assistance on other tasks such as annual leave. Management of HR Databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis Answer any HR-related employee queries on day to day operations in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate the payroll administration process for weekly and monthly payroll runs REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience is HR role is desirable Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential Excellent IT skills - proficient level in MS Word/Excel is essential Good administration and recruitment skills and experience Systems analytic experience desirable Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative Immediately available To apply, please upload your CV to the link below.
