We are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in the Wicklow area.The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, empathetic and have a passion for caring for others.Candidates must be able to Drive to attend callsKey Responsibilities:Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingPreparing and serving meals and snacksLight housekeeping dutiesAssisting clients with mobility and transfersProviding companionship and emotional support to clientsRequirements:Minimum of 6 months experience in a care-giving roleQQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent - must have 2 modules 'Care Skills' and 'Care of the Older Person' at a minimumFull driving license and access to a car is desirable, as some of our clients you cannot walk to.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekendsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €*****-€***** per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeExperience:Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Level 5 in healthcare support (preferred)Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
