We offer a supportive and inspiring work environment with a range of benefits, including: Competitive commission on spa product sales Complimentary access to Shear-Fitness & Leisure Club Meals provided while on duty Discounted rates at Comer Group Ireland Hotels, Spas & Leisure Facilities Exclusive dining discounts at Comer Group Ireland Restaurants Free on-site parking Professional uniform provided Employee Recognition Awards Key Responsibilities Delivering expert massage treatments, including head, shoulder, neck, and full body Performing professional beauty treatments, including facials and body therapies Providing nail services, including gel and shellac applications where qualified Staying up to date with all spa products, offerings, and seasonal promotions Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed Conducting professional skin consultations and recommending suitable treatments Assisting with reception and administrative duties as required Candidate Requirements Reliable, flexible, and hardworking with a strong work ethic Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Fully qualified in beauty and massage treatments (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent) Minimum of one years experience in a busy salon or spa environment Experience working with Image or Yonka skincare brands is an advantage, though training will be provided Knowledge of aesthetics and lymphatic drainage massage is desirable Fluent English speaker Availability for midweek and weekend shifts If you are passionate about delivering outstanding treatments and want to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
