Responsibilities
Drive business growth for AdMob partners by helping run A/B tests to identify the most effective ad formats and placements.
This includes testing different ad sizes, types, and locations within the app to determine which combinations generate the most business impact.
Drive user growth by personalizing the user experience, leveraging Firebase on the developer's in-house tracking solution to analyze user behavior and improve the user experience.
Improve user engagement with tactics such as in-app messaging and push notifications to promote new features and re-engage users who have not opened the app recently.
Analyze data to identify new trends and opportunities for improvement.
Integrate AdMob with other Firebase features, such as Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions, to create more sophisticated ad business generation strategies.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting in the Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience with Firebase.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail in communication.

In this role, you will develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with partners, directly tying technical milestones to business goals.
You will drive growth for AdMob partners with App measurement solutions such as Firebase.
The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with Google's partners and supports Google's Product teams with essential partnerships to power user experiences across advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.
