Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
The locations for these services are in
Longford
.
We require residential
Social Care Workers
to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements for the successful candidate include:
A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
Familiarity with Children's First guidelines and procedures
Full Clean Manual Driving License
