The revamped store will boast a cutting-edge design, featuring a wide array of indoor plants, a food hall, a fashion boutique, and a health and wellness department. Rachels Secret Garden Café, a beloved spot, will accommodate 100 diners overlooking the 17 exhibition gardens. The entire retail and plant area will be roofed, ensuring a delightful shopping experience year-round. As Arboretum Kilquade undergoes an exciting transformation, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. We invite you to be a part of our journey at Arboretum Kilquade. Responsibilities Receive deliveries of dry goods stock and live plants from suppliers. Conduct thorough inspections to verify accurate quantities and meticulously record all essential information. Effectively manage and process all paperwork and delivery notes, adhering to company procedures. Oversee waste management, implementing monitoring and control measures. Additionally, coordinate the collection of recycling materials. Collaborate on customer deliveries with our other branches in Leighlinbridge and Urban Green, ensuring precise stock selection and proper attachment of all necessary paperwork. Schedule and supervise routine maintenance activities for warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet trucks. Requirements Excellent organizational abilities to oversee multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure efficient operations. Proven track record in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and operational expertise. Essential possession of a forklift license, indicating proficiency in forklift operations within a warehouse setting. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Why work with us?
