A leading tech company is seeking French speaking customer care professionals to join their Client Care team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consultative support, consistently going the extra mile for customersManage complex, high-priority customer cases from start to finishCommunicate clearly in English and French, both spoken and writtenCollaborate with other departments and product teams to resolve complex queriesEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionDemonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a consistently positive attitudeYour ProfileFluency in French and English (written and spoken – C2 level)Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)Experience in hospitality setting is a plusStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProactive and customer-focused mindsetComfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidaysLocationRemote in the Republic of IrelandBenefitsAnnual bonus and Equity SchemeHealthcare and Pension SchemeOther perks and benefitsIf you're passionate about delivering top-tier support and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
