Overview
Catalyx is seeking an Installation and Commissioning Engineer to join our team.
The role involves installation, commissioning and servicing of printing and machine vision solutions, primarily for FDA-regulated companies.
Regular travel throughout the country is required.
Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, validation and servicing of the vision, software, electrical and mechanical elements of the solution at customer sites
Coordinate with internal engineering and project coordination teams to ensure compliance with solution requirements
Work within client standard operating procedures for projects
Travel to customer sites nationally
Provide feedback to the internal engineering team regarding deployment experience of integrated vision and software solutions
Follow all standard and regulatory work practices during installation and at customer sites
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing setting; opportunity to upskill
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment is desirable
A third-level qualification in a technical discipline is not essential but advantageous
Full Irish Driver's Licence required
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
