This group collaborates with Portfolio Managers, Trading Management, Human Resources, and Legal on the reporting and analysis of compensation agreements.
Principal Responsibilities The team is responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaic compensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes The role will drive strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.
Implement reporting/analysis to senior management that adds value/impact to overall business This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-focused majors 7+ Years experience ACA or ACCA qualified Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong leader who lead cross-functional working groups Quick learner, detail oriented; proven thoroughness and strong ownership of work Strong Excel skills (including v-lookup and pivot tables) Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency and resilience Prior applicants - If you have previously applied, your application has been moved to our new career site.
