About Frank Keane DroghedaDoran Motors was founded in **** as a family run automotive business.It grew and developed over the next 44 years taking on the Drogheda Car Sales franchise in ****.In **** Frank Keane acquired Doran Motors and Drogheda Car Sales.Both dealerships are now part of the Frank Keane Group, a significant automotive business in Ireland.In **** Drogheda Car Sales was upgraded and rebranded to Frank Keane Drogheda.Frank Keane Drogheda is a franchise partner for Hyundai and Suzuki.At Frank Keane Drogheda, we're committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles to our customers.As part of a respected franchise network, we blend the advantages of local expertise with the backing of well-established automotive brands.Our sales team plays a vital role in shaping the customer journey, as we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to help drive this continued growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesSenior & Leadership DutiesCollaborate with the Sales Manager to plan promotional strategies to drive the continued growth of our business and to generate new business opportunities.Contribute to showroom standards, display layouts, and the overall customer experience strategy.Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and assist in resolving disputes.Support and mentor junior sales assistants, sharing best practices and product knowledge.Assist in onboarding and training of new sales staff.Sales & Customer ServiceProactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.Present, demonstrate, and promote new and used vehicles in line with customer requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and manufacturer specifications.Conduct test drives and product presentations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.Accurately complete all sales documentation, including finance applications and vehicle handover paperwork.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for units sold, finance products, and add-ons (e.g., warranties, service plans).Skills & Experience RequiredEssentialProven experience in a senior sales role within the motor trade.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sound knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance products.Confident in using dealership CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Full Irish driving licence.Personal AttributesCustomer-centric with a genuine desire to deliver a premium experience.Self-motivated and goal oriented.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.High level of professionalism and personal presentation.Team player with leadership qualities.BenefitsCompetitive basic salary with commission structure.Company car.Manufacturer and in-house training.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €30,****** per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
