We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic IFM Manager to take the helm of our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations in Kildare.
You'll be the driving force behind service excellence, innovation, and commercial growth, leading a high-performing team to exceed client expectations.
What you'll do: Drive operational excellence across all IFM service lines, with a focus on Technical/Hard FM services.
Build and maintain strong client engagement, ensuring consistent compliance and satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Maximize financial performance and proactively identify and implement opportunities for growth and innovation.
What We're Looking For Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or Engineering Services.
Demonstrated technical skills, with knowledge of engineering compliance and engineering standards best practice.
Strong commercial acumen with experience handling P&L accounts.
A proactive and client satisfaction-oriented mindset.
The ability to innovate and drive change.
