Senior Software Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to work on the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Workplace Investing (WI) group.
You will support a team within Stock Plan Services (SPS), an emerging division of Fidelity Investments that provides equity compensation services.
You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Technical Leads, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Architects to craft, build, test, and deliver features that enhance Fidelity's Digital experiences.
Quality and transparency are core values for this team.
Expertise We're Looking For
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5+ years of design and development experience.
Desired skills include Angular, Java Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes.
Expertise with Continuous Integration practices and automated deployment tools.
REST API Test Automation experience in Java.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is preferred.
Experience in financial services is a plus.

Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and contribute to technical discussions with partners and external stakeholders.
Contribute as an individual developer on a development track.
Provide third-level production support as needed.
