:The Cosmetics Company Store - Kildare VillageAs part of the Estée Lauder Companies, The Cosmetics Company Store offers award-winning premium skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrance products from a collection of prestigious brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique and MAC.Overview:Job SummaryA Sales/Beauty Advisor is responsible for supporting the management team in seeking opportunities to drive sales through consistently remaining consumer focused.They are accountable for achieving this by;reflecting a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all timesmaximising sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standardscontributing to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelines.Responsibilities:Sales and ServiceEngage and communicate effectively with consumers providing accurate advice.Effectively deliver Brand Services as required.Consistently deliver Brand service and sales expectations, following the customer journey at all times.Participate and support the management team in eventing opportunities.Process till transactions effectively, accurately and efficiently; manage queues, as necessary.Answer the phone in the correct manner and deal with consumer queries accurately.Tailor the experience to meet consumer needs providing alternatives and additional items, where appropriate.Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.Understand and deliver daily and weekly and Brand KPI's.Effectively and efficiently deal with stock queries from consumers.Use social media to engage with consumers and maximise sales opportunities.Product Knowledge & Retail StandardsIdentify features and benefits of products providing consumers with relevant information.Ensure personal upskilling utilising Brand education digital tools and resources.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.Engage with In Store Coach to improve knowledge & KPIs.Adhere to all store/company retail standards.Maintain housekeeping standards.Support the management team with visual merchandising changes adhering to guidelines.Maintain an up-to-date awareness of new stock, best sellers, out of stock categories and layouts.Identify faulty stock where appropriate, and take appropriate action.OperationsFollow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking and unpacking deliveries and actioning stock movements.Store stock as per guidelines and procedures.Accurately and effectively follow stock counting procedures, when required.Effectively follow the replenishment process within agreed timeframes.Accurately action promotions and discounts as per guidelines and/or instruction.Adhere to the daily/weekly deployment rota.Keep abreast of company/store information by means of workplace, team briefs, newsletters or any other forums the Brand utilises.Adhere to all communicated company standards, Policies and Procedures.TeamworkOffer support and assistance to colleagues where appropriate whilst ensuring own responsibilities are fulfilled.Treat colleagues as consumers and provide them with the best service possible.Act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards.Take personal responsibility and ownership for development.Understand the company culture and promote the Brand image at all times.Seek opportunities to share best practice in order to benefit the store.Display a high standard of conduct, performance and behaviour at all times, in line with company guidelines, policy and procedure.Security and Health & SafetyAdhere to store/company Security Policy and Procedures and take personal responsibility.Adhere to store/company Health & Safety Policy and Procedures ensuring compliance to legal responsibilities and obligations.Report observed hazards/maintenance issues to management.Follow fire safety procedures and understand how to use associated equipment safely.Demonstrate continual awareness of all Health & Safety requirements relating to lifting, carrying and effective use of ladders/steps etc.Follow and help to organise evacuation/emergency procedures where appropriate.Qualifications:EssentialDemonstrable understanding of excellent service.Passion for Brand.Ability to learn quickly and compliant in nature.Ability to hold an engaging conversation.Possess and acts upon initiative.Eligible to live and work in the EU.Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and special events.Proven working experience in retail sales.Show a genuine interest in beauty, haircare & skincare.Previous experience/qualification in beauty a distinct advantage.Proficiency in English/Track record of over-achieving sales quota.BenefitsCompetitive salary & benefits.Commission opportunities available.Employee Discounts.Company Events.
