Job Description
As an Electrical Graduate Engineer on a 6-12 month work placement, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project completion, including conducting technical assessments, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Your Responsibilities
Project Reporting: Report to the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues.
Supplier Analysis: Analyse supplier information to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Design Review: Review and understand schematics, GA plans, and project specifications.
System Validation: Conduct design reviews and validate equipment and systems.
Documentation: Complete technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers, and trackers.
Scope Analysis: Analyse all design documentation and identify any scope gaps.
Quality Review: Review quality on-site by inspecting systems to ensure compliance with the project team.
Skills and Requirements
Qualification: Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification essential.
Trade Background: Electrical trade background would be advantageous but not essential.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
