Site Foreman - Joinery & Carpentry

Location: Dublin
Salary: €65,000 per year + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | Start ASAP

We're hiring a Site Foreman to oversee high-quality joinery and carpentry works across a range of commercial, residential, and restoration sites.

Project Types:

Full carpentry and joinery packages

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily operations for joinery/carpentry packages

Managing teams and subcontractors on site

Using a project management app for all site documentation

Reporting to the Project Manager

Taking ownership of your site(s) and stepping in hands-on when needed

Potentially managing multiple small projects if required

What We're Looking For:

Strong carpentry/joinery background (trade-qualified or time-served)

Experience as a Site Foreman, or a senior carpenter ready to step up

Excellent timekeeping, organisational, and leadership skills

A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks

High energy, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality
