Growth Marketing Manager (12-month fixed term contract) Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving business growth? What the day will look like As a senior member of Aon's Marketing & Communications team in Ireland, you will: Partner with Aon's business leaders in Ireland to understand business needs, priorities, and key audiences to ensure marketing impact Develop impactful marketing strategies and create plans that align global Aon campaigns to the local Irish market Use your extensive experience in marketing, communications, activation, and lead generation to deliver robust marketing strategies that support priorities and drive growth Understand and utilise Aon's key buyer types to deliver client centric, always-on marketing programs that drive demand and pipeline Monitor progress, communicate, and report outcomes to the business How this opportunity is different In joining Aon as the Growth Marketing Manager, you will not only sit within the Marketing & Communications team in Ireland, but also work closely, and collaborate with, Marketing colleagues across the global Aon network. Skills and experience that will lead to success 5+ years marketing experience required (professional/financial services industry a plus). Operating at a senior level, you are experienced in creating marketing strategies that deliver impact. Excellent stakeholder management with internal colleagues and third parties. You are adept at engaging and communicating with senior colleagues. Strong background in campaign planning and performance assessment to drive successful outcomes and meet KPIs. Passionate about marketing, you are digitally savvy and are skilled in all aspects of marketing.
