Community Manager

About the RoleCalypsoAI is looking for a Community Manager to drive real-world engagement across our field marketing and social media programs.
This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and events—building awareness, trust, and demand by connecting our brand with the right voices, conversations, and experiences.
You'll own the day-to-day execution of social media, influencer marketing, and event activation—helping us build a strong, peer-led presence in the AI security community.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily execution of our social media strategyWork with industry influencers, advisors, and customers to amplify key messagesSupport and coordinate field marketing activities at conferences and eventsCollaborate with the content and demand gen teams to maximize reach and engagementHelp develop and grow a strong, engaged community of CISOs, practitioners, and security leadersTrack and report on engagement metrics, community growth, and social performanceRequirements3–5 years of experience in community management, social media, or field marketingProven ability to drive social media growth and engagement, especially on LinkedInStrong writing and communication skills, with an eye for on-brand tone and timingExperience working in B2B tech or cybersecurity preferredAbility to travel for key eventsFamiliarity with event marketing and/or influencer programs is a plusGraphic design skills is a plusOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentLife at CalypsoAI
