Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a passion for providing excellent service, and the ability to thrive in a bustling cafe environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring our customers leave with a smile. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly and with care. Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Assist in other tasks as needed to ensure smooth cafe operations. Requirements Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for excellent customer service. Flexibility and reliability. Working Hours Full-time/part-time, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
